Your Phase 4 framework:
→ Post 3 times per day (conversion-focused, not volume)
→ Content designed to start conversations
→ 10-15 new DM conversations per week
→ Email list = main selling vehicle (2 emails/week)
The DM strategy:
When someone engages with 3+ of your posts in a week, DM them:
“Hey [name], noticed you’ve been engaging with my content. What’s your biggest challenge with [topic]?”
Have a genuine conversation (3-5 messages).
Soft pitch your offer if it’s a fit.
Email selling strategy:
- Email 1 (Monday): Pure value
- Email 2 (Thursday): Selling email with story → solution → CTA
