  • Don’t send the next message until you get a reply, or the time frame passes (2–3 days between touches).
  • Every DM ladders off the last—always reference something they said or did.
  • Adapt the pace: If someone’s responsive, don’t wait days between touches. If they’re slow, be patient.
  • Personalization wins: Use details from their profile, recent content, or prior messages.

Step 3: Stick to the 90-Day, 20 DM/Day Challenge

  • DM 20 people per day, 5 days a week, for 90 days—using your daily pipeline from Step 1 and the DM ladder from Step 2.
