This gives you a head start and helps you wake up with clarity — not confusion.
Example:

- Send proposal to ____
- Ideate 10 Tweet topics
You’ll wake up knowing exactly what matters and attack the day with purpose.
Micro win, major difference: Knowing your top 3 makes your entire day smoother.
PRO TIP: I use ClickUp at the end of each day, move my 3 priority items to the front and work on that in my next day deep work session. At the end of each week you’ve crushed 15 tasks!
Step 2: Set a Loose Daily Rhythm
This is where most people blow it. They either wing the day — or micromanage every minute like a robot.
Here’s a better way: block out parts of your day for certain types of work — not super specific tasks.
Example:
- 9–11 AM → Deep work (no Slack, no emails)
- 11–12 → Admin / emails
- 2–4 PM → Meetings or creative work
Why it works: It gives you structure without pressure. You still have freedom — but you’re not constantly switching gears.
Simple tip: Use Airplane Mode to shut it all down and protect your focus.
Step 3: Do a Quick Weekly Reset
This one’s simple — and it makes everything else easier.
At the end of each week, ask yourself:
- What went well?
- What felt messy?
- What can I tweak next week?
You only need 5–10 minutes. But this tiny habit helps you improve your system every week. No perfection — just small fixes that build momentum.
