One send reaches every subscriber with no algorithm in the way.
↳ Feed it one useful thing each week. A list of 900 that trusts you beats 90,000 that forgot you.
Offer: one clear way to pay you
A menu of offers splits your focus and confuses the buyer. Pick one offer that solves one expensive problem.
↳ Say it in a sentence a stranger repeats correctly. One sharp offer compounds. Five half-offers compete with each other.
Content: a system, not a scramble
Content compounds only when one idea becomes five posts, not one. Reinventing it every week is the treadmill you mistake for work.
↳ Build one repeatable flow, then let AI run the middle. I use Claude to draft, Notion to hold the pipeline.
What I would cut
- Dashboards you check but never act on
- The second and third tool that does what one already does
- Automations that save ten minutes and cost an hour to maintain
- Any offer you have not sold in ninety days
None of these compound. They fill the calendar and flatten the month.
Cut them and your week opens up.
