AI Can Copy Your Voice, Not Your POV

A creator sent me two posts last week. One he wrote. One Claude wrote in his style.
He asked me to guess which was which. I read both twice. I guessed wrong.
He has posted for two years. Good writing, steady schedule. He wanted to know if AI had made him replaceable.
Style is easy to copy now
The clone was clean. Same rhythm, same signature lines. If a tool matches your voice this well, voice was never your edge.
The words read fine. The person behind them is gone. AI trains on how you sound. It has no access to what you have lived.
Voice is style. POV is stance.
AI can write like you.
It cannot think like you.
Your point of view is the set of calls you have made. The bets that worked. The ones that cost you.
I would rather be right on two hard calls than fluent across twenty safe ones. That judgment took years. A model cannot borrow it.
The one input AI cannot reach is your pattern recognition. That’s the moat. The judgment underneath the phrasing.
Extract the POV before you open AI
Run this before you write. Three inputs, in order:
→ Belief: what did I hold a year ago that I now read as wrong?
→ Principle: what do I do that my peers argue against?
→ Pattern: what have I watched happen that the popular advice ignores?
↳ Answer all three first. Then let AI draft the words around them. Judgment sets the stance. AI shapes the sentences. That order is the system.
One operator I know built his brand on a single unpopular call: hire for judgment, train the skill later. No model would have handed him that line. A decade of hard calls did.
Write from the call only you could make.
Hit reply with one belief your peers disagree with. That line is usually where your POV starts. I read every reply.
